How to display images in column using Powl(Webdyan Pro)

Hi Experts,

     I got a requirement all the employee details are stored in a ztable

example ..

empno   name     photoImage   salary         experience

222     suresh     Image               3.4 lc      2y

I was implemented powl for this,It display list is like this.

222 suresh     f450f343fcd455...       3.4lc      2y

How i can get image  inplace of xstring(f450f34..).
