1) Call Transaction MB5B --> Select Totals only - Non-Hierarchical representation
2) In the menu bar select List ---> Save ---> File ---> Select format : Text with Tabs (If spreadsheet option is missing)
3) Go to the file location ---> Open with Microsoft Excel
