Query for approval when a certain Warehouse (99) is selected in a AR Invoice

Experts,

I created a query that is linked to an approval. When I tested this I got an error "Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction". I got this error on a Invoice with Warehouse 99 and other warehouses selected.

Here is the query I created and linked to the Approval:

SELECT DISTINCT 'True'

FROM  INV1 T0

WHERE T0.$[$38.24.0] = '99'

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
