We had a query regarding the maintenance of the Existing Role(composite roles/ Single roles) in GRC.
We are on 10.1 Sp12 and not using BRM application. For Access Request we initially imported roles in the application and using it.
What is the best approach for maintenance of the existing roles?
ex. If a composite role is changed by adding few single roles or deletion of few single roles, how do they get adjusted in GRC. Is it through Repository SYNC or upload through excel/ role import. same with single roles, if we create any single role/composite/derived role- do we have to upload every time or will it work with the repository sync
In 5.3 the changes in composite role used to adjust through SYNC job and new roles we used to import from the system. Is it the same behaviour in 10.1
Please suggest.
