Which type of install link did you try:
- The Online solution which uses a Cloud installer?
- The Offline solution which you download and install on your local computer?
Both types of installers are available in this SCN Post titled "MiniSAP Download Links for SAP BW"; including links to additional information to help you choose between the two options if your un-sure which will serve you the best to explore the SAP software.
