You can use "R3trans -d" with user dv1adm. This does not work with Administrator.

Check these;

Check that whether SQL Server is running?

You can do this using SQL Server Management Studio program Or you can check MSSQLSERVER services running as seen below?

Can you also check the disks whether they are full?
